Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Allendale region seeking Quality Supervisors. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of Quality Control Technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inspection activities, including raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management system standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior quality personnel
