Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Quality Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and development.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing processes.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and various quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality.
