The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Manage reception, mail, and general administrative support for the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
