Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general office operations and administrative support for manufacturing staff.
• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding and record management.
• Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and procurement processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and record-keeping requirements
• Ability to coordinate small-scale events or team-building activities
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
