We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales organization. The Opportunity The Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for company sales performance, strategy, and growth . This position will lead our team of Regional Sales Managers to grow worldwide sales and work closely with our independent manufacturer’s representatives and major national distribution partners. The ideal candidate will be expected to analyze the business, identify opportunities, establish priorities, develop the sales team, and hold the organization accountable for results. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for company sales performance and growth. Establish sales goals and measurable objectives for each region. Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts. Monitor sales performance against goals and take corrective action when necessary. Identify new markets, customers, products, and applications that can drive growth. Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers covering North America. Provide leadership to the company’s independent manufacturer’s representative network and recruit new representatives when needed. Develop strategic relationships with major national distributors and end user accounts. This position requires regular travel throughout the United States for customer visits, distributor meetings, trade shows, and other sales activities. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience. 3+ years of sales management or sales leadership experience. Experience working with distributors and independent manufacturer’s representatives. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States. Experience selling technical, industrial, electronics, manufacturing, or related products is preferred Experience with ESD, cleanroom, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or contamination-control products is a plus.
