Temporary Events Administrative Coordinator (Contract) Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Duration: Short-Term Contract Pay Rate: $22/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a busy events and marketing team on a short-term contract basis. This role will provide administrative assistance by managing event-related requests and ensuring timely processing of event support activities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage a high-volume events inbox. Review incoming event requests and route information appropriately. Coordinate administrative tasks related to event planning and execution. Process and track event payment requests and related documentation. Communicate with internal teams to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time. Maintain organized records of event requests, approvals, and payments. Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Previous administrative, coordinator, customer service, or office support experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently. Experience supporting events, marketing teams, or coordinating requests is a plus but not required.
