AP Supervisor

This is an open-ended contract position paying $33.65 per hour (equivalent to $70K annually). The role is hybrid, Monday–Friday in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for a temporary assignment in the D/FW area. This is a hybrid role that requires a hands‑on leader who can support day‑to‑day processing while providing oversight and structure to the A/P function. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner Support and oversee day‑to‑day A/P activities Assist in evaluating A/P volume, workflows, and processes Identify gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency Help implement best practices and maintain operational consistency Requirements Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Lead role Working knowledge of Concur and Monday Board preferred Experience working directly with vendors Ability to assess processes and suggest improvements Excellent organizational and communication skills AimHire is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
