Production Control Coordinator

Issue and distribute production work orders to manufacturing teams.Ensure that all released work orders are aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and any updated changes from the Master Scheduler.Confirm that required documents, routings, and traveler packets are complete and correct.Track the progress of open work orders through each production stage.Validate that work orders are progressing according to schedule.Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate to the Master Scheduler and Production Leads.Ensure that completed work orders are properly closed in the ERP system.Verify that labor, materials, and machine time are accurately recorded and posted.High school diploma or GED, some college preferred.At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, production control, planning, purchasing or manufacturing preferred.A firm understanding of blueprints, machining, fabrication, and raw materials is preferable.An understanding of ERP/MRP planning system operation and function. Address variances with corrective updates.Participate in or facilitate production meetings to provide updates and receive direction from the Master Scheduler.Work with all other departments and functions of the company to ensure effective processing of customer orders.Ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration to process customer orders seamlessly.Represent NOV professionally in all communications and external interactions.Adhere to company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and support process requirements.Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-30
