Department OperationsLevelExperienced (Team Lead)LocationManilaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Oversee Sorting Center’s inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI / performanceInitiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operationsWork closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocationEvaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up planCollaborate with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operationsRequirements:Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or higherAt least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fieldsExperienced in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party)Critical with KPI and performance monitoringStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
