The Opportunity We’re seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support our accounting department. You’ll ensure deals and repair orders are billed accurately and on time, keeping our financial operation running cleanly. Accuracy, speed, and follow-through are non-negotiable in this role — your work keeps the entire store’s numbers clean. What You’ll Do

• Bill out new and used vehicle deals accurately and within the deadlines that keep gross recognized on time
• Process repair orders, parts invoices, and related paperwork with complete accuracy
• Verify documentation, costs, fees, and gross on every deal before posting — catching errors before they reach the schedule
• Maintain organized, reconciled records and support an on-time, clean month-end close
• Communicate proactively with sales, service, and F&I to resolve discrepancies quickly
• Keep deal jackets and accounting paperwork complete, compliant, and audit-ready
• Support the controller and office manager with schedules, reconciliations, and accounting tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive dealership accounting or billing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) a plus
• Proficiency with Excel and general office software
• Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
