Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

• Ability to adapt interventions for a range of student needs, from kindergarten through high school
• Organized and motivated with a professional, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to K-12 students to help them participate fully in school activities
• Assess students’ needs, create individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions geared to academic and functional success
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed (all within reasonable distance)
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver holistic student support
