Real Estate Paralegal

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise real estate documents, including, but not limited to, purchase and sale agreements, leases, contracts, and easements. Prepare and manage closing documents for real estate transactions. Title and Survey Review: Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of title documents and surveys, identify potential issues, and prepare title objections and responses. Work closely with title companies, surveyors, and other related parties to resolve any discrepancies and ensure clear property titles. Transactional Support: Assist in all phases of commercial real estate transactions including due diligence, financing, and closing. Manage and coordinate organizational structuring and the preparation of related documents. Assist in maintaining corporate records, including annual reports, resolutions and other corporate documents. Help prepare and file necessary corporate governance documents with relevant authorities. Deal Management: Handle multiple deals simultaneously, maintaining checklists, tracking critical deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication across all parties involved including lenders, local government agencies, and internal teams. Assist in managing and resolving legal issues and disputes related to property development and management. Analyze and summarize research findings to support legal decision-making and strategy.
