Marketing & Business Development Associate

We are hiring a Marketing & Business Development Associate to join our on-site team in St.Louis. This is a face-to-face, relationship-first role designed for early-career professionals who want to build genuine commercial skills in a B2B marketing and business development environment — with the support of a structured team and a clear growth pathway.
What you will do:
• Conduct direct, in-person outreach to prospective business clients on behalf of our clients' brands
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local business decision-makers and stakeholders
• Present marketing solutions, product offerings, and service proposals clearly and persuasively
• Support the execution of field-based marketing campaigns and B2B acquisition initiatives
• Contribute to team targets and provide regular updates on outreach progress and pipeline activity
Requirements:
• Confident and articulate in professional, face-to-face client settings
• Self-driven with strong time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Available to work on-site full-time in St.Louis.
