HR & Quality Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Conduct new hire orientations, assist with onboarding, review resumes, schedule interviews, process payroll, maintain attendance records, perform data entry, and organize HR, Quality, and SQF documentation.
- Provide administrative support, answer employee questions.
- Prepare and ship product samples for monthly testing, process mill defect credit requests, and perform other duties as assigned.
HR & Quality Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, human resources, customer service, or data entry experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment, including collecting product samples for testing.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
