• Schedule: Mon-Fri, Morning Shift

Are you organized, dependable, and great at working with people? We’re looking for a Badging Access Specialist to help keep our client’s construction site safe, secure, and running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for registering workers, managing site badges, verifying credentials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting workers and customers with access-related needs. You’ll be an important part of the onsite team and will help ensure everyone entering the site meets required safety and security standards.

What You’ll Do

• Register workers and issue/manage site badges.
• Verify credentials and ensure personnel have proper site access.
• Monitor badge scanning and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Support workers and customers with registration and access questions.
• Troubleshoot basic technology or badging issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist with general administrative and onsite support tasks as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain site security and compliance.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to step in wherever needed.
• Comfortable working directly with workers, customers, and onsite teams.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or industrial site experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
