Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12-Hour)

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers essential nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, ensuring every patient receives the direct and proper care needed. The RN will analyze patient information, develop individualized nursing care plans, and provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications and treatments while reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review patient needs and conditions to provide necessary nursing care.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as part of nursing processes.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing; Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Required: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Required: Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Required: BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.

Schedule

This position follows a night schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).
