CompHealth is seeking a Board Certified MD or DO for a leadership position in psychiatry in a historic New Mexico city. This role combines clinical and leadership duties, offering a Monday through Friday schedule with no call. The position provides an opportunity to practice in a desirable metro area known for its warm climate, cultural richness, and abundant outdoor recreation. Responsibilities * 60% clinical duties * 40% leadership duties Compensation * Sign-on bonus offered Benefits * 4 weeks of PTO plus 10 holidays Shift & Schedule * Monday through Friday schedule * No call Requirements * Must be board certified in general adult psychiatry, child/adolescent psychiatry, or addiction med * 5+ years of clinical practice required * At least 3 years of management experience * MD or DO candidates welcome to apply
