What You Will Do (The Role)

• Master the Floor: Orchestrate daily front-of-house operations during high-energy, premium-tier dinner services.
• Inspire Excellence: Lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated service team to maintain impeccable steps of service.
• Cultivate Guest Loyalty: Act as the ultimate host, handling VIP relations and ensuring every guest experiences world-class Spanish hospitality.
• Drive Business Performance: Manage labor costs, optimize scheduling, and oversee inventory controls to maximize profit without compromising quality.
• Harmonize FOH & BOH: Partner seamlessly with our talented culinary team to ensure flawless execution and efficient service flow.
• Champion Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and operational integrity.

What We Are Looking For (The Requirements)

• Proven Pedigree: Minimum 4+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with a background in upscale, high-volume, or fine dining environments.
• Operational Mindset: A polished, hands-on leader who commands the floor by example and shines brightest under pressure.
• People First: Strong talent-spotting, coaching, and mentorship abilities to develop high-performing hospitality professionals.
• Sharp Business Acumen: Solid understanding of restaurant financial metrics, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Polished Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving agility, and a refined hospitality presence.
