Senior Accountant
Location: Independence, OH
Salary Range: $85,000$95,000

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
Prepare and support internal and external financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist with healthcare-specific regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
Play a key role in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit and compliance reviews
Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and healthcare-related financial regulations
Analyze financial data to support operational insights and strategic decision-making
Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
57 years of progressive accounting experience
Proven experience supporting audits and working with external auditors
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; healthcare industry experience or regulatory familiarity is a plus
