Maintenance Elec Mech Tech

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance actions and activities as assigned, including driving and creating documentation for maintenance tasks specific to equipment (working instructions). 
• Actively participates in process improvements through WCM, such as performing root cause analysis for breakdowns and failures and participates in teams/projects.
• Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons and anomalies through structured problem-solving methodology.
• Actively participates in process improvements through WCM, such as performing root cause analysis for breakdowns and failures and participates in teams/projects.
• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment accordingly
• Contribute with the Preventative Maintenance (PM) methodology within the Plant area.
• Assist other maintenance personnel in rebuilding and/or redesigning production equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Three years working in a maintenance department as a Maintenance Electrician. In addition, we should have 1 to 2 years of industrial electronics knowledge. Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting capabilities and Millwright capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Motor, Control Circuits, schematics & blueprint reading
• Experience using Computers, PLCs, Automation and Ladder Logic; programs and software.
• AC/DC Theory and Test Instruments; power distribution and electrical maintenance
• Process Control and sensors experience.
• Installation, repair of motors and other power distribution.
• Diagnostic, removal and installation of Hydraulics and pneumatics; pumps, piping and combustion
• Experience with I/O Devices
• Removal and installation of Relays and Controls
• Power transmission, lubrication, mechanical maintenance, shop machinery, and tools and equipment

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma
