Excellence in Dentistry - Madison is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare. Excellence in Dentistry is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our hygienists the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. We have a fantastic team led by Dr. Ed Batchelor and Dr. Jeremie Sauve, along with an amazing culture! Salary: Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model – you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher! Example earning potential: Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 – $75.00/hour and anywhere in between. Benefits and Rewards Include: $5,000 Sign on and Retention bonus!! Experience & Qualifications: You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin. New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
