F-35 Avionics & Instrument Technician (2nd or 3rd shift)

This position will be part of the aircraft maintenance team supporting the JSF program at the Patuxent River flight test site. This position will require employee to work in a team environment maintaining F-35 aircraft. Tasks will include items such as aircraft Inspection, servicing, repair, overhaul, modification, fabrication and weapon loading as required.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in NAS Pax River, Maryland. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance with an Interim Secret to start. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. ***Ability to support customer requested business travel or TDY*** ***Ability to attain required qualifications within projected training timeline***

Desired skills F-35/F-22 experience highly desirable. Previous flight test aircraft maintenance experience. Aircraft Instrumentation electrical systems desired. Coax troubleshooting/repair Advanced test equipment proficiency Data-bus knowledge and troubleshooting Fiber Optic Experience JEDI/ALIS Experience Excellent communication skills. Able to support customer requested business travel. Ability to acquire and maintain customer required qualifications within projected training timeline.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Secret clearance required.

The base range for this position in Maryland is $32.95 - $52.23.
