What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans promoting health and wellness
• Coordinate specialist referrals when needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide full-spectrum outpatient care to patients from babies to retirees (or 18+ for internal medicine)

What You Need

• Medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in outpatient family medicine
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
• EMR proficiency (Elation preferred)

• Experience working in value-based care models
• Ability to handle a patient load of 8-14 daily
