Job Type Full-time Schedule Monday - Friday No Weekends! Pay Competitive Compensation. * High-tier pay plan based on Senior Master certification and experience. Significant Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses available for qualified candidates. Work Requirements Certification: Ford Senior Master Certified Technician (or equivalent experience) required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional tools. Responsibilities Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems. Lead the service team in technical excellence and high-quality workmanship. Execute complex repairs and warranty work to Ford factory standards. Act as a mentor for junior technicians, fostering a team-first mindset.
