This is a newly created position in a very fast paced, dynamic, white-glove-services focused environment.Job DescriptionCoordinate daily facilities operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function effectively.Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors.Manage facility-related budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues promptly to maintain a safe and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and facility inspections.Collaborate with the secretarial and business support team to address workspace needs and improvements.Support special projects and office relocations as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
