Military Leadership Development Program

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting military veterans for an 18-month Leadership Development Program starting July 2027. The program features three 6-month rotations across functions like supply chain, HR, and marketing, designed to transition experienced military leaders into corporate careers with structured mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities

Complete three 6-month rotations across business functions and segments based on development needs
Build relationships and networks with cross-functional and cross-sector leaders
Contribute to business outcomes across MedTech and Innovative Medicine segments
Apply military leadership experience and core values to corporate initiatives
Transition to full-time role upon successful program completion

Requirements

Transitioning from active duty or less than 4 years removed; 0-2 years preferred
Minimum 4 years military leadership experience; 5-10 years preferred
Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
Relocation to New Jersey or Pennsylvania required for program duration
Demonstrated people management and leadership success with proven track record
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in ambiguity
Proficiency in learning and adopting new AI tools; excellent communication skills
