Regional Sales Manager

Sell and provide education on durable medical equipment, respiratory equipment, and sleep-related products to physicians and patients Oversee, mentor, and drive performance across assigned Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives Manage regional revenue targets, expense budgets, and accurate sales forecasting Develop and execute regional growth strategies to capture market share Monitor competitors, pricing, and regional healthcare market changes Lead weekly regional sales calls and review CPAP Pipeline, Complex Pipeline, and Care Optimizer orders Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews and development plans Lead monthly end-of-month meetings with Area Managers Set sales goals for representatives and monitor monthly progress Provide biweekly regional performance and strategic growth updates to the VP of Sales Lead recruitment for territory backfills and expansion Direct termination processes for underperforming representatives Own regional training and coordinate retraining and specialized workshops Review and approve sales expense reports Manage and approve PTO requests and route approvals to senior leadership Collaborate with operations, corporate marketing, clinical education, and supply chain Attend meetings with high-value accounts and physicians Coordinate vendor marketing initiatives and develop marketing materials, promotional items, and sales tools Drive quarter-over-quarter revenue growth, new referrals, active accounts, territory growth, and rapid profitability of newly filled positions Requirements Must live in AZ or TX Highly motivated, energetic, and experienced individual Experience in sales of durable medical equipment, respiratory equipment, and sleep-related products Ability to work with physicians in sleep, cardiac, and respiratory markets Ability to meet sales goals and increase product awareness and education Ability to oversee, mentor, and drive performance across Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives Ability to manage regional revenue targets, expense budgets, and sales forecasting Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies Ability to monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and regional healthcare market shifts Ability to lead sales team meetings and performance reviews Ability to conduct sales goal setting and monitor monthly progress Ability to provide data-driven regional performance updates to the VP of Sales Ability to lead recruitment, termination, training, retraining, and development of sales representatives Ability to review and approve expense reports and PTO requests Ability to collaborate with operations, marketing, clinical education, and supply chain teams Ability to manage key physician and institutional accounts Ability to coordinate vendor marketing initiatives and develop sales collateral Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sales management and regional growth strategies within the durable medical equipment and respiratory markets.
