We are seeking designers who thrive in a studio-based environment where ideas are shared freely, work is crafted collaboratively, and design excellence is the standard. While we value in-person studio collaboration for creativity and mentorship, we offer a flexible work model that allows for focused remote time, balance, and life outside the studio. What you'll do Contribute to design-focused, community-centered projects Collaborate in a studio environment with experienced interior designers and architects Work on projects for Christian organizations and mission-driven clients that range from new builds to interior refresh to furniture selection Help shape spaces that support worship, learning, and service What we're looking for Strong design thinking Technical capability Interest in faith-based/mission-driven and community design Collaborative mindset and studio engagement Commitment to quality and purpose in design 3+ years professional experience Interior Design Degree from an Accredited Program #J-18808-Ljbffr American Institute of Architects Minnesota
