Dev Ops Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will lead CI/CD pipeline development and deploys cloudnative Java microservices to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Dev Ops Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to support highavailability, datadriven applications.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, monitoring, and release processes across environments.
• Build and deploy cloudnative Java microservices following DevOps and microservices best practices.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, implementing optimizations and remediation as needed.
• Collaborate with development, data, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Enforce infrastructure-as-code, version control, and automation standards to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud DevOps, cloud infrastructure design, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong experience designing and managing scalable cloud environments to deploy, monitor, and support datadriven applications.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying cloudnative applications using Java microservices and DevOps best practices.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
