Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee data changes in HRIS and LMS systems, including job transfers, promotions, reorganizations, compensation adjustments, and title updates
• Monitor employee data integrity through regular audits and analysis, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address system-related concerns, and translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements
• Partner with Finance on position creation, maintenance, and headcount alignment within the HRIS, reconciling positions against approved budgets and organizational structures
• Support HRIS updates and system enhancement projects by participating in testing and validation activities and providing recommendations
• Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and job aids to support consistent data processing and user training
• Assist in developing and executing practices that ensure employee records remain accurate, current, and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Support job architecture maintenance and governance, including job codes, job profiles, and business titles
• Support data collection, documentation, and analysis for HR audits and investigations, ensuring thorough and accurate recordkeeping
• Collaborate with HR functions, including Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Talent Development, to ensure employee data changes align with broader HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
