Als Customer Support bist du Teil unseres Support-Teams und die erste Anlaufstelle fr unsere Kund:innen per E-Mail. Du beantwortest Fragen rund um Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Retouren, findest bei Problemen schnelle Lsungen und sorgst dafr, dass jede Anfrage mit einem Lcheln abgeschlossen wird.

Aufgaben
- Ticket-Bearbeitung: Du bearbeitest eigenstndig Kundenanfragen rund um Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Retouren ber unser Ticket-Managementsystem.
- Zahlungsflle: Du klrst Zahlungsflle ber PayPal, Klarna und Shopify Payments.
- Bewertungs-Pflege: Du pflegst und beantwortest Kundenbewertungen auf Plattformen wie TrustPilot.
- Eskalations-bergabe: Du bergibst komplexe Flle strukturiert an den Customer Service Lead.
Qualifikation
Du hast eine sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Erfahrung mit Shopsystemen wie Shopify und Ticket-Tools wie Zendesk ist von Vorteil.
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student:in und kannst 10 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche zuverlssig arbeiten.
- Du arbeitest sorgfltig, eigenverantwortlich und behltst auch bei mehreren parallelen Anfragen den berblick.
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Spa daran, anderen weiterzuhelfen.
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Community Management ist wnschenswert, aber kein Muss.
