Customer Operations Manager DE

Streem develops the next generation SaaS platform for commercial renewable energy asset management. Our goal is to accelerate the energy transition by helping asset managers and operators to extract the maximum value from their renewable energy portfolios.

The Role You are the first member of the Operations Team for Germany. You will support customers in the daily use of our solution, ensure data quality, optimize the Streem models for each user, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive the introduction of new features. The Operations Team is the interface between Tech, Product, Sales, Customers, and external partners.

Your Tasks

• Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after the implementation of the solution
• Manage interactions with German stakeholders, including metering stations and grid operators
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and find simple, automated solutions to problems
• Monitor data quality to identify bugs and errors
• Understand customer business goals, requirements, and KPIs
• Share customer feedback with product teams to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a strategic advisor on best practices and optimization potentials

Your Profile

• First experience as an analyst, consultant, or in customer support in the SaaS or energy sector is advantageous
• Strong analytical and technical skills to evaluate complex data sets
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis tools, willingness to develop further
• Demonstrable interest in renewable energies and the green transformation
• Fluent German and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
