Trial Attorney

We are seeking a driven and accomplished Trial Attorney with significant experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. This attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, take ownership of their caseload, and work collaboratively with our team to maximize results. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills are essential, along with a relentless work ethic and a commitment to achieving justice for clients.

Compensation: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead counsel on personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters
• Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement
• Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members
• Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team environment
• Deep knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
• Passion for representing injured individuals and delivering justice
