Job Title: RN Director of Quality & Risk
Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of Quality & Risk within our healthcare organization. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives and risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, promote patient safety, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence. This position offers an opportunity to influence organizational policies, foster a culture of safety, and support continuous quality enhancement across all departments.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
Active RN license
5+ years of leadership/management experience in healthcare (quality, risk, or nursing)
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, patient safety, and quality improvement programs

Key Skills: Leadership, compliance management, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
