This role is responsible for hands-on training, on-site user support, and ensuring employees fully leverage system capabilities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Adoption & EnablementDrive adoption of new system functionality across Operations and Supply Chain teamsPartner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and align system usage to operational needsIdentify adoption gaps and develop targeted strategies to improve system utilizationAct as the “voice of the user” to IT and product teams for continuous improvementTraining & Knowledge TransferDesign and deliver role-based training programs (in-person and virtual)Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing employeesDevelop training materials, job aids, and quick reference guidesTranslate technical system functionality into clear, practical business processesOn-Site & Field SupportProvide hands-on, on-site system support at field locations and operational hubsTroubleshoot user issues related to system transactions, workflows, and data entrySupport critical business processes (e.g., work orders, inventory, service contracts, invoicing)Serve as an escalation point for system-related operational issuesProcess Improvement & OptimizationIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend system-driven improvementsCollaborate with IT and business teams on enhancements and new functionality rolloutParticipate in system testing and validation for new features and releasesSupport change management activities associated with system updatesData Quality & CompliancePromote best practices for data entry and system usageMonitor and address data integrity issues within operational processesEnsure compliance with company policies and system governance standardsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1 – 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or enterprise system supportExperience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud preferred)Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of operations and supply chain workflowsAbility to translate technical functionality into practical, user-friendly guidanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organizationProven ability to train and influence users in a field-based environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsSelf-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesOther RequirementsWillingness to travel to field locations (as needed) – 50% of time.
