We're looking for Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluationOptimize the functionality and skills of patientsCompletes all necessary documentation via Net HealthCollaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirementsAttend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc.Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right GuidelinesFollow facility infection control policies and proceduresComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisorQualificationsCurrent or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practiceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation = $30.00 - $36.00 per hourFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer matchPaid onboarding and orientationYearly CEU allowance and licensure reimbursementClinical mentorship and preceptorship programCareer growth to Director of RehabilitationEmployee referral bonus programQuick pay optionsDiversity & InclusionTransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
