Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas-Gainesville is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Care Manager to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the healthcare field Responsibilities: Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers Coordinate client admissions and nursing assessments Develop and maintain care plans Monitor WellSky documentation and compliance Maintain accurate client and caregiver records Communicate with caregivers, nurses, clients, and family members Follow up on missed visits and scheduling changes Ensure quality care and client satisfaction Maintain HIPAA compliance Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred Home care, healthcare, or care coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Paid training Paid Holidays Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Location: Manassas, VA Remote Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr hcaoa-careers
