Group Account Director

For our client, we are seeking a Group Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for client portfolios Drive portfolio growth through strategic expansion and optimization of services Establish performance tracking systems and generate insightful reports across accounts Identify new products and services that meet evolving client needs Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and foster alignment Proactively manage operational and financial risks across client agreements Build and mentor high-performance teams focused on operational excellence Qualifications 10+ years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate Expertise in managing multiple client accounts with various contract structures Strong ability to lead large teams (100+) in complex service environments Proven financial management experience with portfolios over $50M Experience in developing performance management frameworks and KPIs Ability to identify and implement new service offerings for portfolio expansion Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships in matrixed organizations Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care Paid parental leave at 100% salary Generous paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
