Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 per year Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring each job is thoroughly tested and documented before completion. Conduct comprehensive system health assessments during maintenance visits, providing homeowners with a detailed status report. Qualifications: Required: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience. Comfortable using iPad and field service software (ServiceTitan or similar). U.S. work authorization. You do NOT need: EPA 608 before day one — preferred, but we'll sponsor the right candidate. Commercial or new construction experience — this is residential service. Your own tools — the company provides equipment. ServiceTitan experience specifically — we'll train you on our system.
