Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist

Established West Little Rock law firm is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accounting specialist to manage the firm's day-to-day financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while supporting a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Process and pay firm invoices and expenses
Handle client remittances and trust-related transactions
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and financial accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with account reconciliations and accounts receivable
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality

Schedule

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
