Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst

Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst, this full-time position involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex integrated master schedules for the Department of Veterans Affairs' healthcare projects while ensuring alignment with federal program management standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for VHA capital IT and physical infrastructure projects Monitor project performance parameters and provide regular status updates to program leadership and federal stakeholders Identify and mitigate schedule risks and issues while coordinating with project managers and government teams Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in schedule management for projects/programs with a qualifying BS degree, or 10 years of experience without a degree Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Prior experience supporting federal government programs, preferably with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar agencies Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust; existing VA PIV or federal agency clearance is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Web App (PWA), with experience in additional scheduling tools preferred
