Schedule Full‑Time | Monday‑Thursday Office Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: Half Day, 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM Enjoy a consistent schedule with no evenings, Fridays, or weekends, allowing for a healthy work‑life balance. What You'll Do As our Financial Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a seamless financial experience for patients and their families by: Verifying orthodontic insurance benefits and coordinating insurance‑related information Preparing, reviewing, and presenting treatment contracts and financial arrangements Explaining financial options and payment plans with clarity, confidence, and compassion Processing and monitoring insurance claims and benefits Supporting patients through every step of their financial journey Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience Utilizing Dolphin software and other practice systems to maintain accurate financial records What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships with patients and team members alike. Qualifications Previous experience as an Orthodontic Financial Coordinator strongly preferred Orthodontic office experience preferred Experience with dental insurance verification, claims processing, and patient financial arrangements Experience with Dolphin software preferred Comfortable discussing treatment fees, payment options, and contracts with patients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset Recent graduates may be considered, but experienced candidates are preferred If you're an experienced orthodontic financial professional who takes pride in exceptional service, enjoys helping patients feel informed and confident, and wants to be part of a successful, well‑established practice, we'd love to hear from you.
