Global Dimension Market Execution Lead

Kforce has a client in Palo Alto, CA that is seeking a Global Dimension Market Execution Lead. Role Summary: Our client is redefining the future of work through next gen 3D collaboration. This role will drive in-market execution of products across priority markets by translating global strategy into high-impact ABM programs aligned with local strategies that accelerate pipeline, deepen executive engagement, and scale adoption among IT decision makers (ITDMs). Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to operationalize global Dimension strategy across priority countries
- Act as the central bridge between global marketing, local markets, and sales teams
- Manage end-to-end event journeys-from invite to post-event follow-up-to maximize conversion
- Partner closely with regional marketing and sales leaders to align on target accounts and pipeline priorities
- Serve as the go-to marketing partner for Dimension within the market
- Track and report on key metrics
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or program management
- Proven experience executing events (tradeshows, exec briefings, demos)
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Experience working with enterprise technology solutions/IT audiences (ITDMs)
- Strong program management and operational rigor
- Stakeholder management across global and regional teams
- Customer-first thinking and data-driven mindset focused on and measurable outcomes
