Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and/or disturbances in a timely manner. Support day‑to‑day operations by assisting with badge checks, directing foot traffic, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or property‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
