Security Officer Patrol Field Specialist

Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday – Friday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry and report policy violations or suspicious behavior. Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documentation while observing the location for hazards, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and other property-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
