Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or sensitive areas in support of site policies, reporting concerns and assisting with security-related inquiries. Complete routine reports, maintain awareness of daily site activity, and support Allied Universal standards for professionalism, communication, and customer care. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
