Contribute to impactful financial processes and strategic transactions.Job DescriptionCLO Operations Associate OverviewAs a CLO Operations Associate, you will support operations, accounting, trading, and investment teams within a dynamic credit management platform.Collaborate with analysts to project CLO cash flows and monitor deal and warehouse cash balances.Perform portfolio reviews, reconciliations, and corporate action monitoring with trustees and administrative providers.Engage in trade settlement processes for loans, bonds, and equity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with audit and tax teams for new issue CLO warehouse management and related procedures.Support the Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including resets and refinancings.Utilize tools like ClearPar, Sentry, and Wall Street Office for loan processing and reconciliation tasks.Contribute to ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis to enhance operational efficiency.CLO Operations Associate Key Responsibilities & DutiesReconcile open trades and oversee settlement processes for various financial instruments.Project and monitor CLO cash flows, ensuring accurate calculations for warehouse fundings.Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and administrative providers.Ensure proper updates and actions for portfolio corporate actions with service providers.Manage new issue CLO warehouse procedures, including closing and effective date coordination.Assist in CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings.Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures and support investment decisions.Resolve inquiries or discrepancies related to bank loans with fund accountants and administrators.Participate in ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis to support operational goals.CLO Operations Associate Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.3-7 years of operations experience in banking, audit, or CLO/fixed income management.Proficiency in ClearPar and loan settlement processes is essential.Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, or similar loan processing systems is preferred.Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.Familiarity with LevPro or equivalent portfolio management systems is advantageous.Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting processes is highly desirable.Comfortable with cash and position reconciliation tasks.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
