Real Estate Attorney

A growing real estate practice is seeking an associate with approximately 4–6 years of experience to join a sophisticated transactional team representing institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors, and other market participants across a broad range of commercial real estate matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions involving office, retail, healthcare, mixed use, and other commercial asset classes while gaining direct exposure to clients and significant responsibility within deal teams. What This Opportunity Offers Many real estate associates spend years working on isolated portions of transactions. This role is designed for attorneys who want broader involvement in the deal process, greater ownership of matters, and the opportunity to develop into a lead transaction attorney. You will work closely with experienced practitioners on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects while building the commercial judgment that distinguishes exceptional real estate lawyers.
