Accounts Receivable Specialist

132,000 zł - 150,000 zł a year Account Receivables Analyst is supporting role and optimizing the accounts receivable process including billing, cash applications, collections and reconciliations. This position will handle complex AR issues, support process improvements and work closely with different depts. to ensure cash flow objectives are met. Customers that will be supported will be in Canada, US and EMEA (French is required), strong interpersonal skills in billing as it will require to read SOW and/or agreements to create and bill using subscriptions module. Will require to work directly with Sales and Customer Success team to review projects for accurate billing, also work directly with AR Manager and Shared Service Director. Cash application must be performed daily, ensure remittance information is obtained from customers to comply with audit. Collection role will require experience reaching out to customers, scheduling conference calls with customers and Sales Rep. Assist with yearly audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
