CRM Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a property, including financials, leasing, maintenance, and personnel. You will drive NOI, manage budgets, and lead on-site staff with a focus on compliance and excellent resident service. The role requires 3 years of property management experience, HUD/Tax Credit exposure, and strong communication skills.
